Your information is stored securely and accessed only by team members who need it to provide or administer your care. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t disclose it to third parties except where you’ve consented, where it’s needed for your treatment (such as a referral or laboratory work), or where the law requires it.

You have the right to request access to your records and to ask for corrections. Requests can be made in writing to the practice.

We handle information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
