Why Canterbury patients come to us
Maling Road is lovely. It is also two-hour metered parking, and so is most of what surrounds it. If your appointment runs over, you are the one feeding the meter with a numb face.
We are a short run south — down Warrigal Road or Burke Road, then across to High Street, Ashburton — with free parking on site. No meters, no time limits, no ticket to display.
We are open Saturdays, which matters if you commute into the city during the week.

Ashburton station is on the Alamein line, a short walk from the practice — a change at Camberwell from the Lilydale line.

You should not have to drive across town for a second appointment. We handle general and preventive care, emergencies, children’s dentistry, orthodontics including clear aligners, crowns, bridges, implants and cosmetic work in the one practice.
Where a case genuinely needs a specialist, we say so and we refer you — we do not stretch to keep the work in house.
If something breaks today
We keep time aside every day for dental emergencies: toothache, a broken or chipped tooth, a lost filling or crown, swelling, or a tooth knocked out. Contact us in the morning and we will do our best to see you the same day.
If you have knocked a tooth out, keep it in milk or saliva — not water — and call us straight away.
A practice with a long memory
Aesthetic Mee Dental has cared for families around Ashburton, Glen Iris and Canterbury since 2010. Dr Mee Kim is our principal dentist and has been here throughout. You will not be handed to a different dentist every visit.
